muy rico

AHOP and I ventured to Park Slope, Brooklyn on Saturday night and enjoyed traditional Colombian food at Bogota Bistro. The atmosphere was vibrant, the food was tasty, and the company was perfect.

I enjoyed a bowl of Sancocho- one of my favorite dishes I had while visiting Colombia. I also had a big plate of plantains.

AHOP had a traditional plate of different meats and potatoes. One of the meats being blood sausage. I tried it and well it didn't stay in my mouth very long.
